No. You only pay when you place an order. No subscription, no minimum commitment.
Do you charge for samples?+
Sample cost is at factory cost (no markup). Sample shipping is at your cost (DHL/FedEx quoted at our cost).
What if the order is cancelled?+
If production has not started, deposit is fully refundable. If production has started, deposit covers materials and labor.
Are taxes included?+
Service fee excludes VAT/sales tax. China-side VAT (13%) applies to China-based clients only. US/EU clients are not charged VAT.
