We carefully pack each crystal to ensure it arrives safely, no matter where you are in the world. All orders are shipped from our Shanghai atelier with tracking included on every package.

Domestic Shipping (China)

Standard: 3–5 business days — Free on orders over $99
Express: 1–2 business days — $5 flat rate

International Shipping

Standard: 7–14 business days — $12 USD flat rate
Express: 3–5 business days — $25 USD flat rate
Free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD

Packaging & Care

Every order is wrapped in acid-free tissue, secured in a padded crystal box, and placed inside a discreet shipping carton. We use recycled and biodegradable materials wherever possible to minimise our environmental footprint.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
