AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 is the industry standard for consumer goods. It means up to 2.5% defects are acceptable. We use AQL 1.0 for stricter clients.
How long does an inspection take?+
Typically 4-8 hours depending on quantity and product complexity. Full-day inspections are common for 1000+ unit orders.
What happens if the inspection fails?+
The factory must rework the defects and we re-inspect (often free of charge for the second visit within the same order).
How much does QC cost?+
